We bake fresh daily using locally sourced ingredients and traditional Lebanese preparation methods. We’ve been doing this since 1998 when our founder Beshara Taouk fulfilled his dream of opening an authentic Lebanese bakery in Melbourne. It’s why our customers keep returning.
